The upcoming 6-week workshops are where you will be able to put your business idea on the path to success. Join a community of other business owners looking to do great things. The program is structured in one hour weekly sessions covering the following topics:
Week 1: Don't Quit Your Day Job...(Not Just Yet) So, you have this idea or passion or hobby that occupies some space in your life and you've often thought or wondered, "Can I earn a living doing what I love to do?"
Week 2: Tools, Technology & Training With the technical skills, knowledge, and the resources you currently possess, what would you say is missing for you to open your business today?
Week 3: Consciously & Consistently Creating a Great Customer Experience Customer experience is the sum of many dynamics which include: clear communication, consistency in delivering a high quality product of service all while engaging the customers senses in a positive way.
Week 4: People, Personalities, Positions & Partners We discuss the human component of your business. For some, this is the easiest, most natural aspect of your operation, for others, the most difficult to manage and understand.
Week 5: Where Is All Of This Going To Happen? Depending on the business that you are pursuing, your "Where?" could start somewhere as simple as your kitchen table, your garage, or the front seat of your truck. Find out what's right for you.
Week 6: It Has To Make Financial Sense Let's begin to analyze if your business idea has the financial legs it needs and if not what can we do to build it up. Ultimately, your business needs to make money, preferably lots of it!
What to expect from the program: Participants that attend the Are You An Entrepreneur? workshops will be equipped with: Better understanding of the business they want to create. How to take action towards the next steps on their idea. Connections to a community of entrepreneurs, small business, and mentors.
